We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Assistant to handle day-to-day property maintenance and repairs across properties in Knightsbridge. Flexibility during peak seasons is essential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general property maintenance, including carpentry, tiling, plumbing, and repairs to doors, windows, and locking systems.
  • Install and repair gutters and drainpipes.
  • Source materials and oversee contractors.
  • Provide on-call assistance and cover for colleagues as needed.
  • Ensure all work meets the highest standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with basic hand tools and knowledge of trades like carpentry, tiling, and decorating.
