We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Assistant to handle day-to-day property maintenance and repairs across properties in Knightsbridge. Perform general property maintenance, including carpentry, tiling, plumbing, and repairs to doors, windows, and locking systems.
Install and repair gutters and drainpipes.
Source materials and oversee contractors.
Provide on-call assistance and cover for colleagues as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency with basic hand tools and knowledge of trades like carpentry, tiling, and decorating.
