Handyperson! £32,000 plus 10% Bonus

This role is perfect for a candidate who has proven maintenance and home improvement experience. Also perfect if you would rather go to one place of work as opposed from travelling from one job to another site.

Full time, 5 days over 7 on a planned rota. Daily shift will be rota'd between 7am and 7pm

The role is working in a high end residency based in NW9, London and you will be working closely with the property management team ensuring the property is presented to the highest standard and within health and safety guidelines. You will need to be amiable and happy to work with the property management team and the tenants direct.

Responsibilities include:

  • General maintenance - tightening loose screws, basic repairs etc...
  • Painting and decorating - proven experience and able to decorate to a good standard essential
  • Basic carpentry
  • Replacing light bulbs, fridge and oven light bulbs and fuses for appliances
  • Ensure drains flowing, basic plumbing
  • Fire door checks, emergency light testing, fire alarm tests
  • Tiling
  • Do check out checks! When tenants are moving out ensuring the flat is presentedto the highest level an ready for the new tenant
  • Coordinate with third party contractors whne required.

You will need to be physically fit to undertake this role and able to use a ladder confidently.

Working knowledge of using power tools, supplied by the client and confident in using them on a daily basis.

Ability to prioritise jobs and also keep on top of weekly checks too!
