We are looking foran experiencedParks Supervisortooverseethe delivery of high-specification, grounds maintenance andcleansing activities.

Supervisors areresponsible forleadingteams and will also be expected to participate in thecleansing duties such asdustcart/sweeper driving, litter pickingandthe overall maintenance of the park to make sure they are presentable and a comfortable, clean and enjoyable environment for the public.

This role will involve liaising directly with the client, working withmanagementtoscheduleworks and reacting to ad-hoc requests. Implementinghealthandsafety compliance proceduresis also an essential part of the job.

  • Proven experience in team leading or supervising grounds maintenanceandcleansing activities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge ofhealthandsafety practices, including thecorrect use of PPE
  • A full, manual drivinglicensewith category B1
  • Training will be provided on driving aDustcart/Sweeper
