Here at Howells , we are working with a leading contractor who are looking for a keen operative with sufficient plumbing and carpentry knowledge to join their team in the London area, to work on void and occupied properties completing repairs & maintenance.
Working the Property maintenance sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/maintenance in high end proffessional properties. Your duties will include various repairs such as:
* Carpentry * Joinery * Plumbing * Plastering
Other duties
* Tiling Floors and Walls * Painting and Decorating * Lock Fitting / Repair * Door Fitting / Repairs * Window and Glass Fitting * Groundworks * Roofing * General building

This is a full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour working week. You will receive a competitive Salary of £40,000 - £42,000 + work-based incentives, holidays and pension contributions. Company van and fuel card supplied.
