This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and dedicated professional to join a supportive team and contribute to maintaining high-quality living environments for students across London.

The Role

As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the day-to-day maintenance and repair needs of the accommodation sites are met. You will be responsible for delivering a responsive and professional service, ensuring that all maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently to uphold excellent living standards for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a wide range of repairs and general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, painting, joinery, and minor electrical work.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests raised by residents or staff.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the properties to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Work closely with the on-site team to ensure all communal areas and facilities are well-maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and report any hazards or concerns.
  • Assist with planned maintenance and refurbishment projects as required.
  • Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
