We are recruiting on behalf of a well establish private residential development located within easy reach of Old Street tube station who are need of an experienced, responsible and professional Building Manager/Senior Concierge to take care of day-to-day operations of the development. To provide a professional and polished reception facility for residents and visitors, to deal with queries relating to the building maintenance, deal with post/parcels and keys, access control security and fire safety, assist with maintaining a record of all service contractor visits and control access, assist in the identification of any reactive maintenance issues or fire safety and security issues. The role will involve being active in conducting regular walks of the development to check on safety and maintenance. This is an autonomous role working alone unsupervised and therefore the right candidate must have a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, initiative and strong proven track record with excellent references. Must have held previously a similar position of trust and responsibility. Must have confident use of Outlook and Word, ideally familiar with computerised key and parcel management systems.
