Our client is looking for an experienced Cleaner/Caretaker to maintain 5 blocks to make the experience of residents living there as straightforward and enjoyable as possible. Working with the property management team and contractors, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for residents.
This is a temporary role to suppot the Christmas period.
Working hours - 8:30am-4pm
The Role
- Mopping hard floors
- Hoovering carpets
- Disinfecting all touch points, hand rails and intercoms
- Cleaning lifts
- Remove dust from sills, ledges and skirtings,
- Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, ledges, wipe down all doors,
- Clean entry door, frame and glass.
- Clean all internal glass.
- Shake out/hoover doormats.
- Hoover/mop hallways, stairwell and landing
- Spot clean all walls.
Other duties include;
- Prior to leaving site each day ensure all entry doors are securely locked.
- Assisting contractors with access to the block, signing them in and out
