  • Cleaning and maintaining corridors, utility rooms, balconies, entrances, lobbies, refuse stores, lifts, stairs, storerooms, and external areas.
  • Sweeping and mopping hard floors, walkways, and external areas such as pavements, pathways, and courtyards.
  • Scrubbing internal and external hard floors, walkways, and other designated areas.
  • High-level wall washing, internal window cleaning, and cleaning of fixtures, fittings, and furniture.
  • Collecting and removing bulk and bagged refuse from all estate areas.
  • Emptying external litter bins and managing refuse storage areas.
  • Litter picking, leaf clearing, and snow clearing when required.
  • Cleaning major spillages, soilage, and other deposits to maintain hygiene standards.
Cleaning Operative Responsibilities:
  • Attend training sessions and implement new cleaning methods and equipment as directed.
  • Follow security procedures related to the clients property and equipment.
  • Maintain and store cleaning equipment and materials properly and report defects to the Supervisor.
  • Monitor stock levels and request necessary cleaning supplies.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are securely managed and stored.
