School Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated School Cleaner to join our team in Walthamstow, East London. This part-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our students and staff.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure all areas of the school are clean and tidy.
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms using established practices and procedures.
  • Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
  • Dust and clean classroom desks, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored correctly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
