Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations, material sampling, and assessments of external wall systems to ensure safety and compliance.
- Analyse and document faade configurations, insulation properties, and fire performance.
- Provide strategic advice on regulatory risks and compliance, influencing key decisions on high-profile projects.
- Oversee construction works, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, design intent, and regulations.
- Conduct technical audits, tender reviews, and due diligence assessments, driving quality assurance.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver innovative, future-proof solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years' experience in faade systems analysis or construction oversight, with a strong technical background.
- Degree in Building, Engineering, or related field; professional membership preferred.
- Expertise in faade systems, fire safety compliance, and UK Building Regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in design reviews, regulatory assessments, and technical problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and report-writing abilities, with a proactive approach to client engagement.
