Bus Driver Highlights

Full-time only - ideally 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
Induction & training provided - up to 10 days including route learning.
Bonus paid hourly, provided there are no performance issues.

Pay Rates

PAYE Rates

Training: £15.75 per hour.
Basic Pay: £17.75 per hour.
Bonus Pay: Additional £1.25 per hour.

PAYE + Rolled-up Holiday Pay Rates

Training: £17.65 per hour.
Basic Pay: £19.89 per hour.
Bonus Pay: Additional £1.40 per hour.

Umbrella Assignment Rates

Training: £20.57 per hour.
Basic Pay: £23.23 per hour.
Bonus Pay: Additional £1.66 per hour.

Bus Driver Requirements

Full UK PCV Licence (Category D).
Valid CPC qualification.
Minimum 1 year of bus driving experience.
Maximum 6 points on licence (No TT99, DR, or DD offences).
Minimum age: 21
