We are looking for a passionate Adobe Analytics Manager with subject matter expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment solution.

The role also entails managing internal and third-party tag implementations to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection.

Skills & Qualifications:

Essential

  • Experience using Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau and PowerBI
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience in designing solutions and writing technical documentation
  • Develop customize QA and troubleshoot data collection code in complex environments with consistent use of tag management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
  • Strong project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications on data collection and usage.

Desirable

  • Demonstrable experience of solving onsite problems using Analytics tools, including debuggers (Omnibug, Ghostery, etc)
  • Strategic Thinker: Adopts a holistic perspective that considers data, analytics, customer insights, and different parts of the business when making recommendations
  • Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce and Adobe Marketo platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Tag Management: Implementation and maintenance of internal and third-party tags to capture relevant data across web pages, applications, and other digital assets.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and promptly address any tracking issues.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance metrics related to Adobe Analytics implementation, ensuring the successful achievement of data-driven objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Product Management, UX/UI, and Development, to understand data needs, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement data tracking solutions.
  • Data Governance: Establish data governance practices to maintain data privacy, compliance, and security standards in alignment with industry regulations.
