• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.• Hands-on experience with Avaloq Core Banking System.• Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements.• Proven experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and functional specifications.• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate with global teams.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.• Avaloq certification is an advantage.
