My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Business & Application Analyst on a Contract basis.

The role will analyse the Council's education services and configure the Capita One / MRI system.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • Analyse education service processes such as Admissions, SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, and Educational Psychology to identify and implement improvements in efficiency and functionality.
  • Configure, support, and optimize MRI (Capita) One workflows, forms, and modules to meet statutory and organizational requirements.
  • Lead system upgrades and implement new functionalities within MRI (Capita) One, ensuring seamless integration and minimal service disruptions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop MRI (Capita) One portals, including portal and forms development, to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within local authority (LA) education services.
  • In-depth knowledge of processes such as Admissions, SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, and Educational Psychology.
  • Strong expertise in supporting and configuring the MRI (Capita) One system, including upgrades, developing new functionalities, and implementing changes.
  • Proven experience with MRI (Capita) One portals, including portal and forms development.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £400+ per day, Outside IR35
