A global Commodity Trading organisation are currently seeking a Business Analyst/ Change Manager to join them on a long term contract in London. The role sits within a dedicated Change function and would be focused on the delivery and oversight of Risk workstreams. The role requires in-depth Change Management experience, alongside very strong knowledge of Commodity Trading and the overall trade flow process.
£750 - £1000pd - inside IR35
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent Business Analysis and Change Management experience - focus of work needs to be across Operational and Business Change
- Excellent experience and knowledge of process and business excellence
- Very strong knowledge of Commodity Trading
- Very strong knowledge of the overall trade flow for physical and non-physical products
- A very good understanding of Risk and experience of delivering change projects for the Risk business, consequently having experience of working closely with senior Risk stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
