Business Analyst - 12-Month FTCIf you are an experienced Business Analyst looking to join an impressive leading law firm, who promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive work culture, as well as a genuine focus on a positive work life balance as seen through their agile working policy, then this will be an excellent role to progress your career.You'll be joining a close-knit team, in order to deliver a diverse portfolio of projects on time, within budget and scope. Your initial focus will be to collaborate on the delivery of the new practice management system.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Collaborating with the current Business Analyst to define key focus areas and working methods.
  • Ensuring cost-effective, timely, and suitable solutions with project stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining trustworthy, collaborative relationships across all business areas and vendors.
  • Evaluating how existing and proposed products and services can be better utilised by users.
  • Engaging with lawyers and business services teams to understand their workflows and challenges.
  • Documenting business processes, identifying alternative solutions and innovative approaches.
  • Explaining technical concepts clearly using non-technical language.
  • Sharing plans, insights, and results with stakeholders through various methods.
  • Creating comprehensive business cases for assessment by the Project Board.
  • Documenting functional and technical requirements, use cases, and workflow diagrams.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in a similar position within a legal/professional services
  • Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to manage time efficiently
  • Experience in large scale, complex projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests
