Your initial focus will be to collaborate on the delivery of the new practice management system.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Collaborating with the current Business Analyst to define key focus areas and working methods.
- Ensuring cost-effective, timely, and suitable solutions with project stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining trustworthy, collaborative relationships across all business areas and vendors.
- Evaluating how existing and proposed products and services can be better utilised by users.
- Engaging with lawyers and business services teams to understand their workflows and challenges.
- Documenting business processes, identifying alternative solutions and innovative approaches.
- Explaining technical concepts clearly using non-technical language.
- Sharing plans, insights, and results with stakeholders through various methods.
- Creating comprehensive business cases for assessment by the Project Board.
- Documenting functional and technical requirements, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
Experience Required:
- Experience in a similar position within a legal/professional services
- Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to manage time efficiently
- Experience in large scale, complex projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests
