About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the development and compliance of an EU Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) within a high-performing FX trading platform. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology and regulatory requirements across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on the FX trading platform and MTF operations
Gather and analyze business, regulatory, and data requirements
Collaborate with regulatory teams to meet EU compliance standards (EMIR, MiFIR, MiFID II)
Work closely with technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Create and maintain clear documentation: features, release notes, and user guides

What You Bring

3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector
Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and trading systems
Familiarity with EU financial regulations (EMIR, MiFIR, MiFID II)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
