What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage regulatory change projects, with a key focus on B3.1 / CRR3 implementation.

  • Define and document business requirements for IT developments.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to coordinate deliverables across functions and regions.

  • Conduct and manage system and user acceptance testing.

  • Identify opportunities to automate and enhance existing regulatory reporting processes.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Capital Reporting and Market Risk regulations.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven experience in regulatory reporting, ideally across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.

  • Deep understanding of Capital Reporting, especially Market Risk / FRTB regulations.

  • Hands-on experience working with Oracle platforms and data analysis tools (SQL, MS Access).

  • Ability to produce clear, robust documentation (requirements, testing, issue logs, etc.).

Technical Skills

  • Strong SQL and Excel abilities.

  • Familiarity with general finance systems and accounting practices.

  • IT literate with the ability to bridge the gap between business and tech teams.

Qualifications

  • Part or fully qualified accountant - desirable.

  • Project management qualification - desirable.

  • Able to juggle multiple projects and adapt to tight deadlines.
