Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 CRM 

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to work on Dynamics 365 projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and a proven track record of successful implementation and management of Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Deliverables/Responsibilities

• Analyse Business Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Dynamics 365 Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Dynamics 365, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Dynamics 365 to perform data analysis, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure that Dynamics 365 solutions meet business requirements and function seamlessly.

Skills/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience managing projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, or other relevant certifications.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
