Business Analyst

Our Global Management consultancy client has recently won a project in the London City Central area. They are seeking a Business Analyst for the Triggers deliverables aligned to the CDD Project. 3 years plus experience is required for this role. Must be available to start immediately. The hybrid model followed with 2-3 days per week working on site.

Skills for this role:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including understanding and identifying suitable options to resolve complex issues

* Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to simply convey complex concepts and solutions to stakeholders and internal project teams

* Strong project management skills, including planning, risk identification and stakeholder management

* Regulatory compliance knowledge, to ensure proposed designs adhere to regulation

* Strong technical skills in relation to CDD technology, data and processes

Must haves:

* Experience working within the Financial Services Industry, and working within a Financial Crime Transformation environment and or/Regulatory Change project

* Experience conducting Business Analysis/Business Change (e.g. owning tasks according to project plans, liaising with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams, drafting and presenting design papers)

* Understanding of core CDD, AML processes and supporting technology

Nice to have:

* Experience working in Triggers and/or Event Driven Review space

* Experience drafting functional and technical requirements (e.g. Jira user stories)

* Experience developing FC solution design artefacts
