Join a leading Investment Management firm as a Business Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the migration of their multi-year strategic target operating model. This position requires experience in Performance & Attribution and will be crucial in shaping the operating model and change framework to drive the migration forward. You will focus on business process improvements, defining key requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define requirements for Performance Measurement and Attribution
- Analyse problem statements and business requirements
- Collaborate with Performance, Investments, Product Management, and Client Services teams
- Produce detailed specifications and maintain understanding of performance requirements
- Focus on testing, readiness, and business implementation stages
- Work within a dedicated Strategic Target Operating Model Performance team
Skillset & Experience:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to define business requirements
- Experience with Charles River/STT Alpha or similar platforms
- Knowledge of performance measurement and attribution in investment management
- Experience working on the delivery end of an implementation, refining existing frameworks and TOMs
- Experience working with 3rd parties and collaborating across teams
