The role: You will support the successful delivery and adoption of their customer joining experience project which provides value to the business by ensuring that requirements are accurately elicited, analysed and understood at all levels of the business. Alongside this, you will ensure that solutions holistically cover the changes required across systems, people and processes.

Your skillset will include:

  • Strong experience in building positive relationships with various stakeholders (essential) including members of the operational team, risk team, frontline managers and technical teams.
  • Strong experience is customer facing roles (essential), ideally in the financial services sector but this is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or a related CRM system (essential).
  • Someone with experience of both waterfall and agile methodologies (essential).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral (essential).
  • Someone who is resilient and dynamic in their approach.
