Business Analyst (Dynamics F&O Program)Overview:We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity with a leading financial services company for a Business Analyst opportunity. They are embarking on an exciting journey to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to streamline the business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support our strategic goals. To support this transformative initiative, we are looking for a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join the team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, operations, IT, etc.) to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for the Dynamics 365 F&O implementation.
  • Process Mapping & Improvement: Identify current processes and workflows, recommend improvements, and map business processes to ensure alignment with the Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities.
  • Functional Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Solution Validation: Participate in the testing and validation of solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements and comply with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Data Migration: Assist in data mapping, transformation, and migration strategies as the company transitions to the new Dynamics 365 F&O system.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear and continuous communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to the project and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful deployment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within financial services, with at least 2 years working on ERP implementations (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational processes within financial services.
  • Knowledge of data migration techniques and experience with system integration.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand and interpret business processes, workflows, and system capabilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
