Business Analyst - 6 month contract (inside IR35) - Immediate Start - SC Clearance
About the Role:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join a busy team for our Government client. You will support the procurement of a new outsourcing service and the transfer of people under TUPE regulations, as well as data and other assets.This role is critical and requires a start within the next 3 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver Target Operating Models.
- Conduct strong AS IS - TO BE analysis and requirement definition.
- Perform business process analysis, modelling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Understand Business Process Outsourcing and Government Project Delivery standards and processes.
- Support the procurement of expert advisory, HR management, and/or procurement & logistics services.
- Assist in Digital Systems Delivery.
- Awareness of International Development, Conflict Regions, and Humanitarian Support (desirable).
- Participate in the design, build, testing, and delivery of operating and information management systems.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Target Operating Model definition and delivery.
- Strong AS IS - TO BE analysis and requirement definition skills.
- Strong skills in business process analysis, modelling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Previous experience of Business Process Outsourcing and Government Project Delivery standards and processes.
- Experience in procurement of expert advisory, HR management, and/or procurement & logistics services would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of M365.
- Familiarity with the design, build, testing, and delivery of operating and information management systems.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Digital Systems Delivery.
- Background in International Development, Conflict Regions, and Humanitarian Support.
