Business Analyst - Drive Process Transformation in a Leading Professional Services Firm

I am currently recruiting for an exciting Business Analyst role with a leading organisation that is focused on innovation and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a process-driven problem solver who thrives on analysing and re-engineering business processes, implementing automation, and driving transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and designing optimised solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end process transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.
  • Develop detailed process documentation, including workflow diagrams and procedural guides.
  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels, gathering requirements and building consensus for change initiatives.
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing.
  • Oversee testing and quality assurance to ensure business objectives and user expectations are met.
  • Lead training and change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and automation.
  • Strong proficiency in process modelling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and applying them to business transformation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to propose innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex process changes in an accessible way.
Desirable Skills:
  • Formal Business Analysis qualifications (e.g., BCS, Agile BA Practitioner).
  • Experience working with complex data systems and enterprise technologies.
