Business Analyst - Drive Process Transformation in a Leading Professional Services Firm

I am currently recruiting for an exciting Business Analyst role with a leading organisation that is focused on innovation and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct deep-dive analysis into existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and designing optimised solutions.
Lead end-to-end process transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.
Develop detailed process documentation, including workflow diagrams and procedural guides.
Engage with stakeholders across all levels, gathering requirements and building consensus for change initiatives.
Define user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing.
Oversee testing and quality assurance to ensure business objectives and user expectations are met.
Lead training and change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and automation.
Strong proficiency in process modelling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and process improvement methodologies.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and applying them to business transformation projects.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to propose innovative solutions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex process changes in an accessible way.

Desirable Skills:

Formal Business Analysis qualifications (e.g., BCS, Agile BA Practitioner).
Experience working with complex data systems and enterprise technologies.
