Business Analyst - Large-Scale Energy Project

Location: London based (2 days p/week in mainland Europe)

Office Frequency: Hybrid

Type: 6-month Fixed Term Contract (extension likely)

Rate: £500 p/day

Are you a dynamic and adaptable Business Analyst with experience in start-up and build-from-scratch environments? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Our client, a leading player in the oil, gas, and energy sector, is embarking on a major new project in its early stages. Over the next 18 months, this initiative will be developed, refined, and fully integrated, requiring a highly skilled BA to help shape the framework and structure from the ground up.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong Business Analysis skills, including As-Is & To-Be analysis and Organizational Design across corporate functions.
  • Experience in Target Operating Model design and Business Model transformation.
  • Strong understanding of start-up mode and building from scratch in large-scale projects.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping to define and implement structure.
  • Willingness to travel weekly to mainland Europe.
  • Immediate availability - this is a fast-moving opportunity.
