- Lead business process transformation initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements.
- Develop operational guides and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Provide detailed reporting and insights to support decision-making.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including challenging conversations and negotiations.
- Work autonomously while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an investment banking or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of business process transformation and operational documentation.
- Ability to manage difficult stakeholders at senior levels with confidence and diplomacy.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and drive initiatives forward.

- Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in London
- Rate: Up to £600 per day (Outside IR35)
