Business Analyst Location: London, Brock Street (Onsite 3 days)Length: Start Date: Asap – 6 monthsRate: From £43.75 p/h (Inside IR35)Hours: 40 hours per weekOverviewOur Client is looking for a Business Analyst/ Program Manager to support the VP of GBG in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and driving the success of the organization and its leadership teams. Key responsibilities include: driving internal business operations (e.g. meeting preparation and management); managing the preparation for a variety of internal and external meetings and events including presentations, press and panels, briefing and content development; project coordination; org engagement; leadership communication; regional and global stakeholder management; involvement in selected projects and initiatives that involve functions across both Product and Business teams.Role responsibilities:
  • Run weekly rhythm
  • Operationally coordinate an effective and efficient rhythm of leadership meetings
  • Key examples include setting agendas, aligning priorities and key themes, facilitating and co-creating pre-reads, driving notes, running and coordinating follow-up actions
  • Coordinate the orchestration of regional revenue-generating initiatives and programs ensuring seamless execution
  • Drive external engagement prep
  • Coordinate and take over substantial contributions for the preparation of key external meetings with clients, agencies, business partners, relevant trade and council representatives, political and societal thought leaders, and media stakeholders, including: co-developing and aligning briefings with internal counterparts; drafting external correspondence; developing key messages and talking points, building narratives, and synthesizing business examples into compelling use cases; ensuring quality standards in breadth and depth for high-stakes engagements throughout
  • Coordinate internal comms
  • Provide leverage to VP’s internal comms priorities in partnership with the Comms teams, such as preparing and aligning flows as well as developing and getting approvals on content for key internal meetings such as market visits, team meetings, leadership Q&As, All-hands
  • Run business analyses and insights
  • Support the leadership team regionally and globally with analysis and synthesis of market sentiment, customer requests, or internal feedback, both proactively and ad-hoc in crises
  • Own the central knowledge and thought leadership management for GBG EMEA
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in business and technology including knowledge of current and potential clients and partners, as well as internal updates relevant to the VP’s role

  • Working towards longer-term deadlines – backward planning and getting everything ready in time
  • Change frequently weekly depending on the need of the business of what the VP needs
  • The ability to juggle and keep an overview of to-do lists is important
