A London market insurer based in the city is looking for a Business Analyst to join their change team on a permanent basis.You will be responsible for supporting the Project and Product teams, to identify and deliver change initiatives needed across the multiple London Market product offerings. The successful candidate will be: * An experienced Business Analyst, Insurance experience is essential. * Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes and change initiatives. * Proficient with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. * Confident in communicating and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and negotiate when required. * Must be happy working in the office 3 days per week. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Insurance Business Analyst, to join an established London Market change team, in what will be an exciting portfolio of work.
