Business Analyst (M365)

Up to £550/day Outside IR35

Conduct business analysis and process mapping to understand and document the current and future state of business processes and workflows, focusing on M365 and AI technologies.

The successful Business Analyst will:

Work with various stakeholders to understand, document, and optimise existing and new ways of working, focusing on M365 and AI solutions.
Identify and prioritise business needs and requirements and work with SMEs to identify opportunities to use M365 and AI solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and innovation.
Document the current ways of working, challenges, and pain points of the business stakeholders and end-users and work with SMEs to implement new and improved ways of working using M365 and AI solutions.
Communicate and collaborate with Business stakeholders, Technology, Vendors and end-users to design, test, and implement M365.
Oversee support, and feedback to end-users and stakeholders on the adoption and use of M365 and AI solutions.
Assist in developing training materials and sessions for end-users and stakeholders on the features, benefits, and usage of M365 and AI solutions.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations on the outcomes, benefits, and challenges of M365 and AI solutions and suggest improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a M365 environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate and document business needs and requirements
Represent the needs, goals, and preferences of different user groups and scenarios and use them to guide the design and adoption of M365 solutions.
Knowledge of M365 tools and platforms, such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform
