The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. You’ll play a key role in gathering business requirements, analysing data and supporting the implementation of technology-led solutions that improve business processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects across our Multinational insurance business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

Your new role

Reporting to the Multinational Technical Operations Manager, you’ll work with the divisions and collaborate with a range of end-users to deliver Multinational change initiatives, streamline processes and enable enhanced system functionality. Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT and project management teams to design and implement business solutions.
  • Create process documentation and user stories to support development teams.
  • Recommend process improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • Analyse business outcomes to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what it means for future decisions.
  • Spot potential challenges early and dig into the root causes before they become problems.
  • Think critically to weigh different options, helping to find the best solutions for any challenge.
  • Communicate clearly—both in writing and verbally—to ensure everyone stays informed and on the same page.
  • Lead meetings throughout all project phases, using the right tools and techniques to keep discussions focused and productive.

About You

You’ll have great communication skills to connect with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll also be curious and inquisitive, have a problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on creating value, and the confidence to speak up and challenge ideas when needed.

Skills you'll need:

  • Ability to support project management processes using recognised structures and terminology.
  • Ability to interpret and manage business user requirements effectively, ensuring they align with project goals.
  • Analysis of solutions to ensure they meet business needs and deliver value.
  • High level of familiarity with the use of technology tools, with knowledge of common software and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant tools and technologies in the financial services sector.
