The role of Business Analyst is available in London or Bristol on a 6-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid work model of 2-3 days onsite.
Candidates should have proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a preference for those having experience in Life & Pensions or related financial services.
The position offers a competitive salary and requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Senior Business Analysts will also have the responsibility to mentor junior analysts and contribute to the growth of the BA practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead discovery, analysis, and stakeholder engagement for strategic initiatives.
Bridge the gap between business, design, and delivery teams.
Identify operational impacts and drive seamless implementation.
(For SBAs) Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BA Practice growth.

Key Requirements:

Proven BA experience, with knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe.
Experience in Life & Pensions or a related financial services sector.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about driving change.
Industry BA qualifications & financial services experience desired.
