- Critical Path Management – Develop and manage a structured critical path for business systems migration.
- Data Flows & Business Process Modelling – Map, document, and optimise data flows and business processes to align with the migration strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Set up and facilitate key meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation – Work proactively to identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Mergers & Acquisitions Experience (Desirable) – Experience in post-M&A integration would be advantageous.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in business-critical system migrations.
- Strong business analysis skills, including process modelling and data flow mapping.
- Ability to triage and prioritise migration activities effectively.
- Experience working within M&A environments (preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
