This contract opportunity is for a Business Change/Process Analyst in the insurance sector, based in London, with hybrid working arrangements.
The role requires strong business analysis expertise within a London Market/commercial insurance environment and extensive experience in business process mapping and change management.
Candidates should possess a minimum of six months of relevant experience, particularly in underwriting or brokering, and have worked on system implementation projects.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £700 per day, outside of IR35 regulations.
Successful candidates will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze and improve business processes, ensuring high-quality documentation and identifying opportunities for enhancement.

THE ROLE:

You will work closely with key business stakeholders to analyse business processes and workflows. You will deliver high quality business requirements from key stakeholders on a full end to end basis including documentation in appropriate tools, analyse and understand business processes to enable production of "as-is" and "to be" process documentation, & conduct gap analysis and Identify inconsistencies across the mapped business processes and highlight opportunities for improvement.

THE CANDIDATE:

The candidate will be have strong business change analysis experience gained working within the London Market/commercial insurance sector. You will have extensive underwriting and/or brokering experience working on system implementation projects, have the ability to work well with senior level stakeholders able to build key relationships to ensure you can complete the necessary analysis work and facilitate/running workshops.
