My client, who is a leader in the financial and banking sector, is looking for a business analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

Roles and responsibilities:

Certification & Domain Expertise: Mandatory certifications include IIBA ECBA, CBAP, AAC, or equivalent from Scrum Alliance (AAC, CCBA, CBAP). Must have strong knowledge of end-to-end Collateral Management Life Cycle and experience with Biparty and Triparty Collateral Management.

Experience with Collateral Management Products: Proven experience with vendor products like Transcend and solid understanding of Securities Lending, OTC markets, and BFSI domain.

Business Analysis Skills: Extensive experience in designing and implementing collateral management strategies, optimizing collateral usage, and aligning with regulatory guidelines. Strong ability in writing and managing BRD, FRD, and E2E implementation.

Communication & Agile Experience: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good exposure to Agile methodology and program management. SQL knowledge is a plus.
