Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join one of our esteemed, global law firm at their London office. This role is pivotal in supporting the firms financial restructuring and regulatory practices, ensuring marketing materials and lawyer biographies are top-notch, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain marketing materials and lawyer biographies.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, and presentations.
  • Track and monitor potential future restructurings or distressed transactions.
  • Coordinate and track practice group business and action plans.
  • Utilize marketing technology to target existing clients and generate new business.
  • Identify and coordinate conferences, seminars, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Develop and distribute thought leadership, advertisements, newsletters, and client alerts.
  • Assist with event execution and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and service orientation.
  • Team player with a collegiate approach.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing-related field; advanced degree a plus.
