I am working with a boutique Personal Lines Insurer who are seeking a Business Insight Analyst due to growth. This role is key in driving data-driven decision-making across the business. My client is looking to grow considerably, with plans to triple their current GWP over the next 5 years.Flexible working is on offer with 1 day required per month in the London office, with travel expensed.Responsibilities:

Design, update, and improve MI reports to deliver clear, accurate, and timely information that supports business operations and strategic decision-making
Oversee a pipeline of data requests from multiple departments, prioritizing them based on business needs and overall impact
Collaborate with teams like Finance, Marketing, Underwriting, and Operations to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by collaborating with relevant teams to enhance data collection, storage, and retrieval processes

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Business Insight Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex information to diverse audiences
