- Oversee a pipeline of data requests from multiple departments, prioritizing them based on business needs and overall impact
- Collaborate with teams like Finance, Marketing, Underwriting, and Operations to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by collaborating with relevant teams to enhance data collection, storage, and retrieval processes
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Insight Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex information to diverse audiences
