A sizable business is seeking a Business Process Analyst for their SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, offering a 12-24 month fixed term contract with a competitive salary and benefits including a bonus.
The role involves hybrid working, with 1-2 days required on-site in London, focusing on facilitating workshops and design discussions with Business Analysts, SMEs, and the SI Partner.
Candidates should have hands-on business user experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) within the Finance function, ideally as a Super User or Systems Accountant.
The position requires solid business process knowledge in areas such as Accounts Payable/Receivable or Management Accounts, along with experience in facilitating workshops and acting as a liaison between finance and IT.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience to effectively contribute to the transformation efforts.

Sizable business embarking on a SAP S/4HANA transformation programme is looking for a Business Process Analyst. The role will be on a 12-24 fixed term / salaried contract with all employee benefits including bonus.

Hybrid working, with 1-2 days expected on site in London.

They are looking for someone to work with them on the SAP S/4HANA transformation over the coming years and to;

Facilitate workshops and be part of design conversations, with Business Analysts, SMEs, and the SI Partner.
Ensure that the right questions are asked in these settings, based on real world experience using SAP as a business user and understanding of process in these areas.
Be the voice of experience in change meetings; helping others to understand the impact a change here, could have downstream.
Serve as the critical link between the Finance department and IT team delivering the transformation; ensuring user requirements are understood, communicated and acted upon appropriately.
Identifying, designing, and implementing resolutions to system problems and enhancements.

They are looking for:

Hands on business user experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), from within the Finance function. Perhaps you’ve been the Super User / Systems Accountant or are that way inclined.
Very good business process understanding and know how; perhaps gained working on a project / as a super user.
Someone who has experience facilitating workshops and taking part in design conversations with the Business Analysts, SME’s and SI Partners.
Comfortable acting as a lynch pin between finance and IT and acting as translator at times between the two.
Specifically they would like to see very solid business process knowledge and understanding in at least one of these two areas:
AP / AR / Credit Management; and/or (FICO / SAP S/4HANA Finance / SAP Credit Management FIN-FSCM-CR)
Management Accounts / Group Accounts (FICO / SAP S/4HANA Finance)
