Change Manager / Business Analyst - Insurance, Prosci

Up to £725 per day (Inside IR35)

London / Hybrid (2 days a week on site)

My client requires a Change Manager with strong Business Analysis capability to join a business-critical programme within the Insurance space.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience working as both a Change Manager and Business Analyst.
  • Previous experience working within the Insurance industry on large, complex programmes.
  • The ability to analyse data from a business perspective and relay to various audiences.
  • Strong requirements gathering and process mapping / improvement skills.
  • The ability to identify risks, issues and dependencies with supporting documentation.
  • The ability to understand the impact of new processes, procedures and providing and updating relevant documentation.
  • An understanding of Policy Admin Systems I.e. Guidewire, Acturis, Duckcreek etc.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A self-starter with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification or similar
  • Previous experience working on a global programme and or delivering a Target Operating Model.
