Client Services Business Analyst

Location: London, UKDepartment: Client ServicesReports to: Head of Client Services

Are you passionate about improving processes and driving productivity? Do you have experience in business analysis within the financial services sector? An esteemed wealth management firm is seeking a dynamic Client Services Business Analyst to join their London team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to create a Client Services integration framework.
  • Support Heads of Client Services in reviewing and optimizing departmental procedures.
  • Regularly review and enhance current processes.
  • Work closely with IT to document and implement technical solutions, including data uploads and large-scale data changes.
  • Manage small projects, driving improvement in client communication, exception reporting, and compliance.
  • Participate in the development and execution of new business integration and Consumer Duty initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing Compliance Monitoring action points.
  • Promote a unified development path for onshore and offshore teams.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of FCA Rules and Regulations.
  • Expertise in systems, internal processes, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Money Laundering, Corporate Actions, Consumer Duty).
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and project management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Avaloq and financial systems is advantageous.
