They are looking for an experienced Consultant Health Economist to join their expanding team. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects across a variety of therapeutic areas while providing technical leadership and strategic insights to clients. - Develop, validate, and quality-check economic models to support HTA submissions.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients on model specifications and economic evaluations.
- Lead research, data analysis, and the preparation of technical reports.
- Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines.
- Support business development by identifying follow-on opportunities and contributing to proposals.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to their growth and the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- MSc in Health Economics or a related discipline.
- Hands-on modelling experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK HTA processes (e.g., NICE, SMC, AWMSG).
- Excellent project management and client communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external teams.
Desired Skills:
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience mentoring and managing junior staff is a plus.
