Spectrum IT are working a leading financial services client in London to hire a Contract Business Analyst with strong experience of Fraud Prevention and Actimize IFM. Joining an established project team, you will provide consultative services to end clients regarding all matters related to fraud prevention and financial crime.

As the Contract Fraud Prevention Business Analyst you will align the delivery of solutions in accordance to company consulting & delivery methodology. The role will be highly suited to an experienced BA with strong experience of Actimize IFM and Fraud Prevention. An understanding for Fraud Prevention technologies and Actimize products is a must. This role will be hybrid working with the clients office being central London and has been deemed as OUTSIDE IR35.

Responsibilities

  • Indirect/direct consulting to clients.
  • Successfully drive through implementation issue resolution, involving the appropriate functions and executive sponsors across the company
  • Perform business analysis to support the deployment of Actimize IFM products to meet clients' business requirements
  • Provide expertise support during pre/post implementation
  • Deliver value-add consulting services in fraud prevention
  • Establish working relationships with chosen partner ecosystem, internally and externally
  • Communicate with clients to assess solution fit and identify product gaps

Skills / Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of Actimize IFM technology solutions is a must
  • Subject matter expertise in Fraud Prevention, business process management, performance management and metrics, business analysis, quality management and training
  • Business development experience focused on solutions with a significant services component
  • Experience of writing process flows and detailed specifications.
  • Customer facing skills, presenting, and selling
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of an organization, including C-level executives and decision makers.
  • Manage client relationships and individual engagements with a strong focus on excellence.
  • Knowledge of core business domains i.e., strategy, operations, data analysis techniques.
  • Capable of working on multiple overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment "Can-Do" attitude and problem-solving approach.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
