A leading global Investment organisation specialising in personal investing, they are passionate about helping their investors to meet their goals and do this in a sustainable and ESG-friendly way. With over 40 years of experience, they are a well established investment provider who have a client base of over 50 million personal investors.

Your new role,

A Senior Regulatory Business Change Analyst is required to join the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the build-out of their ESG offering and keep pace with the challenges of regulatory change. ESG is a constantly evolving space, with regulators working to build transparency, combat greenwashing and support the financial sector in its net-zero transition. The role holder will be required to help to assess the implications of ESG regulations, consider how to incorporate these into key products and ensure disclosure of these activities in reporting deliverables. Ultimately, this role will fulfil the mandate to effectively implement ESG regulatory change across our European business.

The Regulatory Business Change Analyst will be required to lead ESG change workstreams, ensuring successful analysis of ESG regulations to understand the key implications and plan, schedule, co-ordinate and manage activities required to deliver the project. They will collaborate closely with ESG representatives across the group to understand where change is required to meet the European regulatory requirements. The roleholder will be required to produce detailed documentation to record requirements and prepare executive level communications to summarise the high level impact. There will also be the need to lead workshops to design implementation solutions, whilst also coaching and supporting junior members regarding best practice of business analysis and project management. Develop, manage and execute project plans (working closely with Programme Managers) and define the roles and responsibilities of ESG stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience gained in a similar role, with a good knowledge and understanding of ESG - specifically experience of leading regulatory analysis and project management.
  • Experience gained in a Business Analysis capacity - Project Management skills would be highly desirable.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, able to navigate ambiguity and identify interdependencies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to independently identify and influence relevant stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the asset management industry is highly desirable.
  • Ambitious and eager to build a career in the ESG space.
