About the JobAs we gear up for significant growth in 2025, we are seeking an experienced Executive Consultant to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities and building a strong network within Central Government
- Conducting market mapping and identifying potential target clients
- Engaging with clients through various channels to provide recruitment support
- Using a consultative sales approach to identify client requirements
- Qualifying job specifications and ensuring compliance with different government frameworks
- Networking externally with clients
- Talent pooling for the future growth of your target clients
- Collaborating with the wider team to achieve targets and exceed clients' expectations
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Minimum of 4 years' recruitment experience, including IT, Procurement, or Commercial
- A full 360 recruitment background
- Proven track record in new business development and lead generation
- Strong network and understanding of the public sector, particularly the central government sector
