What You'll Do:
  • Drive business growth by building a strong pipeline of clients and candidates, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients and candidates, delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Take ownership of your recruitment desk, utilising cutting-edge CRM technology and innovative marketing strategies to maximise results.
  • Assist the Management team by delivering training as needed on terminology, candidate sourcing, bonds, rates, and business development.
  • Seek out opportunities to broaden Sheridan Maine’s service offerings within strategic accounts.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and success within Sheridan Maine, setting the standard for professional and ethical recruitment practices.
