Stanton House is currently supporting a PE backed SAAS business in London with the search for an FP&A Consultant. 3 days on site, 2 from home - this contract will run for 4-months initially and fall outside IR35.

The Role

As an FP&A Consultant, you will deliver insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and planning. You will work closely with the executive team and private equity stakeholders to ensure we achieve our ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and manage robust financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of key business drivers and performance metrics, offering actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and insights for senior management and investors.
  • Support M&A activity, including due diligence and integration planning, as needed.
  • Partner with operational teams to drive budget alignment and cost optimisation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in an FP&A role, ideally within a private equity-backed or software business - an understanding of Annual Re-occurring revenue and churn analysis is imperative.
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and KPIs
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and EPMs (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
