  • Success in this role means contributing to key HR performance metrics while making a measurable impact within your assigned business units. As a senior member of the People Team and under the guidance of the Chief People Officer, you'll collaborate closely with your colleagues and senior business leaders.
  • Success in this role requires high exposure with C-Suite stakeholders - this is a strategic role that would lead the people strategy on behalf of a global, growing client group of up to 3000 employees.

Your Day-to-Day Role Will Include:

  • Strategic partnering with business unit leads and relevant board members to provide expert guidance on people-related matters, pulling in specialist support when needed to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
  • Aligning HR strategies with business goals to ensure organisational success, while tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of these initiatives.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, coaching, advising, and influencing them to drive engagement and performance.
  • Championing broader HR initiatives and ensuring they are effectively embedded across the organisation.

Key Skills and Experience We Value:

  • A background in HR Business Partnering, particularly within fast-moving, dynamic industries (ideally tech), with experience working internationally and entering new markets.
  • Experience partnering with expansive global client groups in a fast-paced and high-growth organisation.
  • Proven experience in crafting and executing HR strategies and partnering with senior leaders to drive impactful HR agendas.
  • Strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability in the face of change, with a positive attitude and a willingness to travel.
