Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesMarket Data
- Analyse CRM data regularly to address business development points and produce insightful reports.
- Support the team with data analysis on candidates and market trends.
- Handle ad hoc data requests from the Commercial Director and Managing Director.
- Conduct market research for industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.
- Strategically think about research reuse to feed into the leadership team.
Corporate
- Assist with commercial strategy projects including identification, scoping, business case development, and project management.
- Manage communications and follow-ups for management meetings.
- Convert ideas and initiatives into formal, creative, and coherent presentations.
- Communicate with external service providers to optimise experiences.
- Support internal hiring by conducting market research and identifying potential candidates.
- Assist in creating and maintaining recruitment documentation and processes.
Client & Marketing
- Manage relationships with clients, candidates, and industry groups.
- Evaluate new opportunities and align them with company priorities.
- Assist in organising industry events for networking and business development.
- Design and execute market surveys, compile reports, and manage post-meeting reporting to maximise opportunities.
- Support partnerships with industry-leading organisations.
Accountabilities
- Assist with finance, payroll, and invoicing.
- Provide oversight on business development and operations.
- Ensure business deadlines are met and processes exceed expectations.
- Track and report success metrics for internal hiring and industry events.
- Maintain a database of market survey participants and ensure timely research delivery.
