Overview:Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for process optimisation? Join the MPS Transformation team as a Process Improvement Analyst, where you'll lead initiatives to identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and enhance operational performance, particularly within the rostering process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Analyse current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate issues thoroughly to prevent recurrence and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and performance metrics to track progress and inform strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment and successful execution of improvement initiatives.
  • Change Management: Work with the Change and User Experience teams to implement changes effectively, addressing resistance and securing stakeholder buy-in.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Utilize methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to minimize waste and improve consistency.
  • Future Design Participation: Contribute to the design of a new rostering system for future optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or project management are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex data and processes.
  • Proven track record in handling sensitive environments and managing intricate challenges.
